Ordering Info
All plants are shipped in their 1 gallon
containers, unless otherwise noted below, well rooted and
labeled. A large majority of the plants are staked as well because
the grafts are located just above the soil line and the branches would
otherwise lie on the ground. We try to ship the largest sized
plant we can, which sometimes results in a broken top. If that
happens to your plant, please contact us and we will send a replacement,
if available.
All prices include shipping and handling.
No added charges when shipped within the US. We also
offer a one-year guarantee on your plant's health, so again contact us
if you have any problems.
When you’ve found that special plant, simply click the ‘add
to cart’ button on your choice and when ready, proceed to the checkout.
You will automatically be directed to a PayPal.Com shopping cart page and the plant you selected will be listed. (If you get to the main Paypal website where you are asked to log in, then we've got the coding on our button messed up. Please email me and let me know.) To complete your order, follow the directions, enter your
name, shipping address, etc. and choose from several payment options. PayPal is a simple, safe method for secure internet transactions. PayPal
will send you confirmation of your purchase via e-mail; and likewise will
tell us to send your plant to it’s new home. Our goal is to contact
you by email within 24 hours to let you know we received your order and to
verify your shipping date. It’s that easy. However, sometimes the notifications don't make it to our inbox, so if you haven't heard from us, please email us to confirm.
We ship via UPS primarily. If you prefer a different method, please let us know
when ordering. Additional shipping charges may apply if your preferred
method is above and beyond ‘normal’ (next morning delivery to Siberia, for
example).
We package and ship all orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.
If you order before 5:00pm Sunday, there is a possibility that you may have your in-stock plant by the end of the
week. Although we can not guarantee it, it is possible to have it that quick. Several of our conifers, however, are grown at a different nursery which requires a few days to pick them up, delaying shipment for at least a week. Keep this in mind when ordering.
And of course, contact us if you have any questions.

CALIFORNIA,
OREGON, AND WASHINGTON RESIDENTS
States on the west coast require
plants to be shipped bare-root (without soil). Plants survive
shipping better under these conditions when they are dormant, which
means deciduous trees need to have lost their leaves. Therefore,
we can only ship to these destinations during the Fall and Winter
months, which means from late October until early March. Please
keep this in mind when ordering! (We can no longer ship to international
destinations, sorry!)
